It’s a talent issue, but Dennison isn’t a great OL coach either. Can’t only blame coaching but the #Raiders have to get things right talent & coaching (Dennison will help development at minimum) Carroll was awful, players holding a meeting after practice to get on same page

We might owe Brennan Carroll an apology. After spending all that money on offensive linemen in free agency, the Raiders’ O-line looks a lot like it did last season. At some point, we have to consider that this isn’t just a coaching problem. The Raiders might simply have a talent problem.

The LV OL is also doing really well in pass pro, their run game is bad, which is a sign of both talent and coaching especially in communication which comes down to the scheme & coach

There are 30 running backs with at least 12 carries per game this season. Ashton Jeanty ranks DEAD LAST in yards before contact per attempt at 0.49 yards. This is a Raiders OL / run game design issue.

Nailor has disappointed, but this is also a throw I don’t think Cousins can hit. Doesn’t have the arm strength to go opposite hash or tight window

Defense runs through your DTs in pass rush, run defense, coverage. Just all runs through the IDL #Raiders gotta make it an emphasis, you can scheme around bad WRs, but you can’t scheme around bad DTs

Kirk doesn’t threaten anything, he’s had his time but teams are dialed in pretty well on him and #Raiders limited offense Want to open things up, put in Mendoza, won’t automatically change things but it will ease the stress slightly. Less press, defense to respect out/boots/PA

Points to a coaching issue, Dennison hasn't coached the OL in nearly half a decade. #Raiders have some talent on the IOL, but have to get some coaching right this off-season Kubiak couldn't get his guys with the late start, that will change this year.

Treydan Stukes is a fine FS, but if the #Raiders really want to utilize him to his strengths they'd slot him into the nickel/bandit role near the LOS, let him play off ball and man up TE He's a fine FS, but he can be a very high end defensive player in a bandit role

Yeah Tre Tucker isn't walking out of the #Raiders building this off-season. Probably looking at 3/48 at minimum but he fits the offense so well Don't care what you paid Nailor, you pay Tucker

Would be a good bit tied into Mayer/Tucker/Nailor but Nailor can be cut in 2027 or 2028. Tucker a great third option behind Bowers & ideally a rookie Add a playmaker WR on a rookie contract and the unit looks a lot better. Just because he's not a WR1 doesn't mean you let Tre go

Can see Kubiak keeping the offense so bland and basic, Cousins can't move enough to run OZ/stretch concepts, can't hit anything opposite hash, can't push the ball downfield. #Raiders stuck running duo, IZ, counter and predictable short yardage concepts. Mendoza has to be soon

ALSO, Jalen Nailor has been disappointing but he's not a fit with Cousins. Best when working in space, out route, go, crossers ball concepts. Issue is Cousins can't hit any of those consistently (see legit Q3) Nailor/Tucker getting open downfield, QB can' get the ball there

Needs to hold onto that, but Kirk Cousins is asking his WR to come back to the ball on an out breaking concept, which isn't easy #Raiders need a QB change sooner than later, Cousins lack of arm strength showing today, DBs able to break on the ball easy hash to sideline.

Kubiak, Omar Young, Janocko someone needs to get Ashton Jeanty to stop dancing around in the backfield, he's running patient which has never been his thing Hit the hole with conviction, stop playing games with the damn LBs. OL can't hold long, get into the run and go
