We think that abolishing the National Rail and TfL Travelcards isn’t a good idea. The alternative doesn’t cover families, railcards, enough stations (and more) - and will never be suitable for some. Write to your MP to complain. railfuture.org.uk/Press-rele… railfuture.org.uk/article190…

whether developing low-cost lightweight building materials for developing countries
or designing his unique flywheel-assisted light rail cars
RIP John

Motorists get a 5p cut to fuel duty. How is Rishi helping rail travellers? No help at all, just an inflation-busting fare increase, as usual. How does that help the cost of living crisis? How does that help to reduce our dependence on imported oil?

It’s official! Our Climate Train’s name is OPPORTUNITY!
💚OPPORTUNITY, submitted by Kyla Louise Poulton, won our naming competition last year.
💚Luca Fazakerley won our emblem competition, his artwork will also sit on the nameplate

ALT Image shows two pictures next to each, one above and one below on a light green background. The first image shows a young girl and a young boy holding a train nameplate. The name plate reads 'Opportunity'. The second image shows the Avanti West Coast Climate Train from above, in the countryside.
The @WMmetro services have been suspended since 19 March because of more cracks on the vehicles. Hopefully it will be resolved quickly to everyone's benefit.
It's very annoying for @Railfuture as we advocate trams (as well as a bigger and better railway)
