Tl dr: they barely bothered replicating the concept art and just flat out did stuff they clearly didnt care about due to deadlines

Also the right eye doesnt have nearly as much detail

• Head is bigger in-game • The mouth is harder to see due to the skull being too big • differently made horns (concepts more spiky, the in-game are rounder) • no detail in the fur thats around the head (unless the head is fucking covering it again) • bolder wings
