Lahmt ein Wirtschaftsraum, weil er fehlreguliert ist, kann man (1) Strukturreformen angehen oder (2) mehr Staatsaufträge vergeben. ➡️ (1) macht in beiden Fällen mehr Mühe, löst das Problem aber dauerhaft. Kurzfristig erhöht (2) zwar die Dynamik, ruiniert jedoch langfristig den (Wirtschafts-) Motor.
