On Memorial Day a veteran dies from being beaten to death for the way he voted.
In America.
It is with deep sadness that I share with you the news that Kerry Sheron, a 69-year-old Army veteran, tragically passed away Sunday night after being brutally beaten by his neighbor, all because he loved our country and President Trump.
Please send all your love and prayers to Kerry’s wife and family on this difficult day.
May God bless his beautiful soul. We thank him for his service to our country. 😔💔

If you're wondering why the banks don't want yield on stablecoins, here's the summary of National Deposit Rates from the FDIC:
-> Savings = 0.39%, Checking = 0.07%, MM= 0.58%!
-> All while the Treasury Yields are 3.89% (from 12/15)
-> That fat spread of 3.82% represents bank profits and it's what they don't want anyone jeopardizing
🚨NEW: Yield update: Banks may have won this round on stablecoin yield. The latest draft (page 189) says companies cannot pay interest just for holding balances. You can earn rewards, but only if they’re tied to opening an account or activity like making transactions, staking, providing liquidity, putting up collateral, or participating in network governance.
Senators now have 48 hours to make amendments to this text so unclear if these provisions will stay the same for Thursday.

(TLDR: consumers shouldn't earn yield so banks can)
Quick summary:
Interest on stables -> mass deposit flight
Fully reserved money -> no fractional leverage
Banks lose free funding -> profits go bye bye!

These Uniparty hogs only care about keeping the feed trough full of your hard earned money.

This is utter bullshit. Censorship resistance doesn't have anything to do with tx relay policies.
Somehow my little bubble of retard node runners understands Bitcoin's censorship resistance while @adam3us does not.

It’s time to give Americans the option to receive Social Security in #Bitcoin.
Fixed income shouldn’t mean losing purchasing power to inflation.
Let people opt in to sound money.
