Said it was "private property" and "flipped me off." More people confirmed that the parking lot was roped off with caution tape. At various times 2 white vans—and even a red tractor—were parked to physically block access to the ballot boxes. "I just walked by all that and dropped my ballot off," another voter said. "Despite getting dirty looks from 2 security officers." "I could see how others being deterred as they made getting to the ballot boxes a great hassle." Church claims the parking lot was just closed for a fall festival—and technically anyone could still vote. Incident occurred at Rocky Mountain Calvary in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
