Climate and crypto converge the moment measurement becomes enforceable.
If you can’t prove who did the work, where it happened, and what was delivered, you can’t price risk or scale capital.
Verified devices turn claims into contracts, and contracts into markets. #DePIN #RWA

Technical moats are mostly over at this point. If you’re building something that is meant to be durable, the only moats now are:
• Proprietary data
• Network effects
• A physical component

Strengthening investment and trade between the world’s 4th largest economy (California) and one of the world’s fastest growing regions (Africa), at this year’s California-Africa forum in San Francisco.
Honored to be the first speaker of the forum’s opening panel with other distinguished speakers including executives from Kenya Airways and San Francisco Airport (SFO) and moderated by an expert from UC Davis.
I discussed:
1. The critical role of aviation globally and in Africa. Also discussed the impact on the airline industry of the current jet fuel shortages worldwide and the doubling of prices.
2. The $12.5 billion, 110 million passengers Bishoftu International Airport currently under construction in Ethiopia. The airport will be Africa’s largest and amongst the 10 largest in the world.
3. SAF (sustainable aviation fuel)
4. COP32 which will be held in November 2027 in Ethiopia. The first time COP will held in Africa in 15 years. 80,000 attendees expected.
The forum’s standing-room only packed hall reflected the high level of interest about Africa.
Great networking opportunity with a diverse group of senior people.
Thank you for inviting me to speak.

if you’re in software, pivot to electronics.
because the next decade isn’t about writing apps. it’s about wiring intelligence into matter.
software is saturated.
electronics is starving for talent.
chips, sensors, power electronics, motor drivers, RF, embedded systems, PCB design;
these are the foundations of every real-world intelligent machine being built right now.
the future is physical:
robots, drones, autonomous vehicles, industrial automation, medical devices, energy systems, wearables, smart infrastructure.
every one of them needs people who understand electrons, not just abstractions.
software gives you leverage.
electronics gives you capability.
combine both and you become unstoppable.
learn circuits.
learn embedded.
learn signal flow.
learn microcontrollers.
learn power systems.
learn how to put intelligence directly into hardware.
the world is reindustrializing.
there’s a new frontier opening.
don’t miss the wave.

KENYA needs freshness,
Fresh ideas,
Fresh strategies,
Fresh policies,
A fresh political philosophy.
Only Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and a handful millennials can save KENYA.
The rest are blood-stained predators who will suck Kenya to its ultimate lifelessness.

Gone through the whole script. Summary.
It's set in an Islamic, middle Eastern country ruled by a Sultan.
It's recovering from war but is undergoing civil unrest.
A young man named Mustapha is arrested during a demonstration, and his mum is trying to get him out of jail. Turns out him and his father were just offering medical aid to protesters, with a new technology that allows people to be treated from long distances, but his father got shot in the scuffle.
The arresting officer has a gripe with kids like Mustapha as his daughter, Anifa, went to university but came back pregnant. (Apparently, Mustapha is the culprit, but he doesn't know yet) Eventually, Mustapha's mum convinces him to let him go by invoking his good character and religious background.
Word gets to the Sultan about this new invention, and he summons Mustapha and rewards him greatly by telling him to live in his Palace and other gifts. However, before this happens, a background check is done, and the Sultan discovers that Mustpaha was one of them main agitators of civil unrest against his rule. He is then scheduled to be executed on live TV
Meanwhile, Anifa, whose full name is Anifa Iman, but shortened to A.I. Is revealed to be some sort of techno-genius with knowledge about almost everything, and her pregnancy is actually symbolic for the potential and hopes of the country.
Anifa runs a control room where she monitors what happens in the country and is now leading the revolution against bad governance. She invites members of her generation to see how the control room works. Among those invited is Fatma, who then invites her boyfriend Xavier. But Xavier is the Sultan's son and heir to the throne.
Back at the Sultan's, Mustapha is about to be executed but agrees to become a state witness and give information about the generations' activities in exchange for mercy.
The climax of the play is when, Anifa, shows poor salary information of the police and the whole nation rises in a revolution. The Sultan leads his army to a police station that Anifa has led her generation to burning down. Not before signing a declaration that should anything happen to him, Xavier will take up his throne.
They fire at the crowd. Xavier, who happened to be there, gets shot. The Sultan sees this and stops the shooting and starts mourning over his child.
Mustpaha, however, uses the technology to revive Xavier, and the Sultan is grateful. He then becomes more willing to hear out the grievances of the generation.
After some deliberation, both sides agree to work together and use the technology for the good of the nation and better governance.

"I don't want to be remembered as a president who takes pictures with the poor during campaign seasons by buying roadside corns or wearing primary school uniforms or even pretending to drink garri with the poor just to get their sympathy votes. My mission is to get Burkina Faso up from nowhere to somewhere." ~ Ibrahim Traore
