Fox News is putting Nicki Minaj up telling people to vote red. Let’s break that down. Can Nicki Minaj vote? No. She’s not a U.S. citizen. Can Nicki Minaj’s husband vote? No, he’s a registered sex offender. Can Nicki Minaj’s brother vote? No, he’s serving 25 years to life for child sexual assault. She seems like the perfect spokesperson for MAGA republicans.

CPC uses edited clips of QP, showing only the staged rage farming performance of Poilievre, without showing the govt response. LPC should be running ads showing only the vulgar drowning out of ministers answering the questions. CPC is obstructing democracy. CDNs should see it.

This is the sound when Lula won. Beautiful!
Breaking: Lula has come from behind to win Brazil’s runoff election defeating Trump-Netanyahu ally Bolsonaro. Moments after the victory Sao Paulo erupted in celebration.

I don't know much about Toronto politics, admittedly, but if the jackass CEO of Shopify is endorsing someone (and he is), vote for the other candidate.

Ralph Goodale on Pete Hoekstra: "He really should remember that his role has changed. He's no longer the Michigan politician. He's a diplomat and an ambassador, and he should behave in a diplomatic fashion that is respectable in the country in which he is located."

What is the rambling negative post even about?
This is yet another epic fail by Prime Minister @MarkJCarney, this time with the United Kingdom. It comes as the same time as BOTH France and Germany don’t want Carney’s “Associate Membership” with the EU. Which is especially embarrassing for Mr. Carney going into his EU Summit in Montreal. After a ridiculous bid to build a Strategic Partnership with an obvious strategic rival in Türkiye. All while Canadian workers are being laid off, uncertainty is killing our jobs, and costs rise in a stagnation economy. Any of our friends in the mainstream press prepared to admit he’s not the negotiator they keep claiming he is? “Britain has decided not to join a global defence bank spearheaded by Canada, as chancellor John Healey prepares to throw his weight behind a separate UK-led initiative to help fill a multibillion hole in the UK defence budget. “Andy Burnham, UK prime minister, discussed Britain joining the Ottawa initiative with Mark Carney, his Canadian counterpart, last month after officials began exploring the proposal, as first reported by the FT. “But on Sunday it was announced that the plan would not go ahead, a move which will be seen in some quarters as a snub to Carney and his attempt to forge closer ties among the world’s “middle powers”.”

It's crazy how many MAGA fools have a "cousin in Canada" who just happened to need medical care, just happened to go to the US to get it, and just happened not to know you can get private MRIs IN Canada as well. Such a coincidence.
My cousin who lives in Canada seriously tore a leg muscle a few months ago and needed an MRI. It was serious enough to require immediate attention, but not deemed an emergency. A month wait. He crossed the border and got one in less than an hour for $400. America has 3.5x the number of MRI machines per capita that Canada does.

Canada is in dire need of a leader.

🇨🇦🇺🇸 For everyone insisting Canada and the U.S. weren’t talking, Kevin Hassett now says negotiations are “gathering steam” and a deal is very close. He says Howard Lutnick has been speaking with Canadian counterparts all week. This comes just days after the administration adjusted tariffs to benefit some Maine businesses following lobbying by Senator Susan Collins. Political pressure at home matters, particularly when businesses and workers are feeling the consequences. Encouraging news, but the details will matter. Businesses need lasting tariff relief and predictable rules so they can invest, hire and plan. Canada can defend its sovereignty while negotiating a better relationship with our largest trading partner. Both countries stand to gain by making things together and competing with the world. 🤝 #CdnPoli #Trade #CanadaUS bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

No cancer patients ever waits nine months. They wait only until the lab verifies the type of cancer and then treatment begins
Trump on Canada's health care: "Even cancer patients, they wait for nine months, ten months, twelve months to see a doctor. They're dying and they can't even get in and that's the way that system works."

Yes, the majority of. DNS did when Mark Vsrney won three by elections and cemented the majority. That’s how democracy works
I’m Canadian and I didn’t choose this path. Did you?

Still think Doerkson is a moderate? No. He’s not. You done fucked up BC. Dark MAGA is infinitely worse than maple MAGA. Good luck. I did not wish this on anyone, I never would. But you’ve opened Pandora’s box and it’s going to hurt a lot.
These masked guys showing up to stand outside the BC Parliament Buildings, the morning after a conservative win, isn't a great sign.

One week without Starshield for Ukraine has allowed russia to resupply units in sectors of the front where Ukraine was making progress and facilitated strikes against Ukrainian civilians. This was deliberate aid to an invading army and a war crime. Musk belomgs in prison

Everyone needs to know what actually happened in Serbia. Instead of students just protest against their government, the students organized themselves into a student list and ran in elections against their government—and they have just won. Dear Serbia, congratulations on your victory; you have just opened a new door in protesting. This is history
