Great to collaborate with @alanfappi and Dr. Mittendorfer's research group on this clinical study comparing differences between #animal and #plant proteins on circulating #aminoacid #BCAA levels and metrics of #glucose metabolism #Diabetes.

Despite certain #aminoacids #BCAA changing after #animal vs #plant protein intake, no effects seen on glucose homeostasis. The interesting findings on circulating #aminoacids prelude our upcoming mechanistic pre-clinical/clinical study on animal vs plant proteins on #CVD #atherosclerosis. Stay tuned...
