So you wanna be an AD?! This was the March athletic schedule…126 events, 65 away & 61 home…10 varsity teams, 5 JV teams & 2 b-teams to schedule transportation, security, officials…average of 65-70 hrs/week. Thank God March is over! 🤣 Easily the worst month of the school year!

The HS coaching profession is approaching a dangerous impasse. Coaches are hard to find, quality day jobs are open all over. HC’s that wouldn’t return calls or emails 5-6 years ago now blow up the scoop with job postings. Where are the good young guys? @CoachLamb1 @CoachGeorgia_

When you disrespect a teammate, treat them poorly, or talk behind their back, you are hurting your team. Even if you dislike your teammates, you need to set aside your differences and try your best to get along with them for the sake of the team.

Baseball is not an equal opportunity sport. The best players play. Especially true for HS level/up. Never met a coach in my 29 years of coaching that was trying to lose. Want more playing time? Get better. So good, in fact, that you are the first name written in lineup each game.

@RazorbacksA While WHS faculty, staff, and most students couldn’t wait for their Thanksgiving break to begin, the JV Lady Razorback Basketball team had one assignment remaining, go Beat the Bobcats on their own turf! Proud of you girls! #keepongrinding

DISCIPLINE IS A WAY OF LIFE
This entire clip from Coach Saban is pure gold. Discipline is everything. Every player should watch this clip understanding how they do drills in practice, how they warm up, or do anything is a mentality. It can't be turned on or off.

As a parent, don't try to live out your dreams through your children. Allow them to live their own lives and help them become well-rounded adults. Do what's truly best for their future development and well-being.
