The attacker isn't adding blocks to the end. He has to go back and redo the blocks after it, as well as any new blocks the network keeps adding to the end while he's doing that. He's rewriting history. Once his branch is longer, it becomes the new valid one.

StonkBrokers mints the positions. CHOMPZ makes them composable
Instead of being forced to sell an NFT position, holders can reshape it through atomic barter
1 position -> 2 positions
NFT -> NFT + tokens
Basket -> basket
One atomic settlement
That’s the multiplying effect
We’re building CHOMPZ Escrow as infrastructure, not just a marketplace so future dApps can plug into the same settlement layer and build on top of StonkBrokers positions
Mint the position and reshape the position

Oh, and btw: this is not a purely German phenomenon. The same bullshit happens in Austria. After our Series B, we decided to put a Swiss holding structure on top of our Bitpanda entities precisely because of this bureaucratic madness and these insane notary requirements.
You simply can’t go back to international investors every few months and ask them for a notarized document sent by mail with a WET INK signature. Every international VC that has ever invested in Germany or Austria knows exactly what I’m talking about.
Met a German founder this week and asked him if all the stories one reads about the challenges of startups in Germany are exaggerated. "No, they're understated." Proceeded to describe spending a full day having a 90-page investment contract read to him (mandatory under German law; § 13 BeurkG) by a notary that then charged €30,000. That was for his first company. His second company, needless to say, was not incorporated in Germany.
If you didn’t jump on this it might be a good time to start paying attention.

2026 is the year we launch a line of products on @Gajumaru_Chain. We have a range of tooling, applications, and infrastructure rolling out within the coming months and need your feedback to improve these for widescale use.
As a token of our gratitude, you will be awarded a mining license worth 100 Swiss francs for your contribution, which would allow you to mine Gajus in advance before we switch to public mining in 2027.

The most common criticism of Hyperliquid's buyback policy: burning ~99% of fees on HYPE instead of reinvesting in growth is bad capital allocation. That critique assumes Hyperliquid is a company optimizing ROI on retained earnings.
It isn't. It's a neutral network, and the buyback is the alignment mechanism, not a wasted opportunity.
You need to hold HYPE to build on Hyperliquid.
trade[XYZ] had to buy 500k hyperliquid:native just to become a HIP-3 deployer, before a dollar of their own revenue.
The AF routes 99% of protocol fees straight into HYPE buybacks. So every dollar of value XYZ generates for the network flows back into the exact token they were required to hold to operate. Their upside isn't just their fee split, it's the appreciation of the entry ticket itself.
That's not "wasted" capital, it's the trust model: a neutral venue can't have a team discretionarily deciding who gets funded out of protocol revenue.
But growth capital isn't gone either. Separate from the fee engine, Hyperliquid still holds roughly $27B in future emissions and community rewards it can deploy and the two times it's actually chosen to spend from that basket are the best evidence for why people should trust them.
▫️The HYPE airdrop, funded entirely outside any VC allocation, is the reason this is one of the only tokens in the space with genuine trust and a famously meritocratic reputation.
▫️In February, a 1M HYPE grant, worth ~$29M then, ~$83M now, built the HPC. Six months later, that spend sits behind the CFTC publicly committing to bring Hyperliquid onshore, which just repriced the entire forward-looking earnings case for the token.
Two different pools of capital, two different jobs.
One turns revenue into permanent alignment. The other proves that when discretion is used, it's used well. Neither is Hyperliquid leaving growth on the table.
You can't grade any of this against normal company capital allocation, either. A normal company doesn't generate ~$1B in annual revenue on a ten-person team.
Hyperliquid.

One thing before I start: everything in this post is public information from my own docket. None of it is new, and I'm not revealing anything you can't already find in the court filings yourself.
The retrial just got pushed to April 26, 2027. The order came down today (Dkt. 300). My acquittal motion is still sitting there, undecided. I honestly don't know when this ends.
Prosecutors are supposed to protect American interests and go after people who broke the law. A jury deadlocked on the two most serious counts against me. And still SDNY won't stop, because this case was never just about me. It's about setting an example.
Don't take my word for it. Tara La Morte, the chief of SDNY's Illicit Finance and Money Laundering Unit, said it herself at a New York City Bar Association event (Law360, Feb. 23, 2024; filed on my docket as Doc. 25-2):
"We want the industry to take notice."
"What we're trying to do is sort of bring the industry into compliance, and I think Tornado Cash is an example of that."
An example. Out of a developer who wrote code.
At that same event, her deputy praised the government's blockchain-tracing partner, Chainalysis.
Here is what they didn't tell the audience. All of it is from the public docket in my case.
According to the trial transcripts, Chainalysis was running its OWN Tornado Cash relayer, and earning fees on the transactions flowing through it.
- Chainalysis's own lawyers admitted to "a relayer node that Chainalysis operated"; my subpoena sought documents on Tornado Cash relayer(s) "used from March to August 2022." (Dkt. 211)
- In open court, the prosecutor said it plainly: "I think the parties agree as to that part of the testimony, that the Chainalysis relayer earned fees." Same hearing: "there's zero evidence that the defendant was in any way aware that Chainalysis was running a relayer." (Dkt. 259, July 25, 2025)
So the company that helped trace my "criminal" transactions was itself profiting from Tornado Cash transactions, while I was prosecuted over software I helped create.
And when my lawyers subpoenaed them to testify?
- Chainalysis moved to quash. (Dkt. 211)
- The government backed them: "Your Honor, we agree with the position outlined in the motion." (Dkt. 255)
- The night before, prosecutors called Chainalysis's counsel. The judge asked point-blank: "Did you let them know that they were potentially subject to investigation or prosecution?" The answer: "We have discussed at a high level some of the issues surrounding the relayer with Chainalysis." (Dkt. 259)
- The Chainalysis witness took the Fifth. My lawyers learned about that call only afterward, from Chainalysis's own lawyer. (Dkt. 263)
The jury never heard any of it.
This spring, at the Bitcoin 2026 conference in Las Vegas, something happened that I still can't quite believe. The Acting Attorney General, Todd Blanche, and the FBI Director, Kash Patel, sat on a panel called "Code is Free Speech."
Think about that. The two top law enforcement officials in the country. Blanche told thousands of developers: if you're a coder and you're not the one committing the crime, "you are not going to be investigated and not going to be charged." He said the last administration's crypto cases were "outrageous attacks on the industry." Patel praised "the Chainalysises of the world" as FBI partners.
And when the moderator pointed at the elephant in the room, my case, Tornado Cash, Roman Storm, the Acting Attorney General called it a "lingering case" they are "continuing to deal with."
So here is my hypothetical question. If code is free speech, why am I still being prosecuted for writing it? And if the Chainalysises of the world are the partners, the same Chainalysis that ran its own Tornado Cash relayer and earned fees from Tornado Cash users, while I never did, why is it off the hook?
They made an example out of a developer for writing code. Their own vendor ran the same infrastructure, pocketed the fees, and got a phone call instead of a prosecution.

Mantis has launched its upgraded incentive mechanism, "FLOW" today. Anyone who can trade precisely and survive the market can mine tokens. Now we get to work on earning $tao for the pool.
The work is simple. Good miners? Our product grows.
1. We will immediately start opening up prop evals to amplify the aggregate signal. This gives us strong access to capital after qualifying accounts. Capital is king in finance and we have no equity so its the clear way to grow fast. We look to scale like our Founder did as the top prop miner on sn-8 years ago.
2. Onboarding of serious miners starts today. Our IM forbids poor miners now, but the work is getting the best to create a network with us. Forging/growing our key trading relationships is a top priority.
3. We will begin deploying our own proprietary software to trade physical Bitcoin and start to look at other assets ($hype will be target #2). Nothing left to chance.
4. Building a communications loop to inform of our trading activity rather then a random message every once in a while. Clear, consistant communication is key.
For those who support us, we thank you for staying with us through our research phase. In the next 4-6 weeks things should be moving along smoothly once our key miners have built up enough data.

Replying to @jamestitcomb
@jamestitcomb the issue you wrote about in today’s @Telegraph bears down to a very simple issue: the web as you know it is a copying medium. Access and authority are singular credentials that are copied and exploited, at machine speeds. There is a working solution:

if you’re tired of pumpfun and its clones and want to help compete with how tokens launch, dm me
i’ve already solved the hard part of what comes after bonding curves
i’m looking for people with motion who trade, know how to hustle, and a desire fix problems in this space
i’m offering equity and a seat at the table. the tech works. you’d be joining at the ground floor
even if it’s not for you, a repost could help me reach the right person

The web as you know it faces a Y2K moment.
The illusion that we can operate securely on the web is dead. If you don't know that, its because you are either not paying attention or don't want to know.
The credentials that are central to access and authorisation on the web are now on a countdown to compromise, harvest and exploitation and no amount of patching will change that.
The reason is simple: the web as you think of it is in fact the internet of data. Its designed to copy and share data, every thing we do to make it protect and preserve data runs counter to its architecture.
The answer is to use the right architecture for the job and that is why we built the internet of economics.
