Another Sunday night double bill of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, and a carbon copy of last week. The silly soap opera episode was possibly the worst of the season but the episode after 'Orders of Magnitude' felt like an entirely different show in the best way. Baffeling.
I'm weeks behind on Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, but never has Trek been so schizophrenic. I love puppets but not in Trek, it was embarrassing for all involved and a new low for Trek. The episode after (Off-Hour) was superb though. A shame they can't just drop all the gimmicks.
What a treat Resident Evil was! Some decent scares, genuinely unsettling in parts and with a ton of fun Easter eggs for fans, this movie couldn't be made unless you love the franchise. More like this please.
