Most entrepreneurs stay broke because they obsess over the wrong things. They spend weeks perfecting their brand name, designing logos, crafting the perfect service menu. But ask them: "How exactly are you going to make money?" Crickets. No sales strategy. No customer acquisition plan. No revenue model. They have no damn clue how to make money. Just vibes and a pretty logo. Stop building a brand. Start building a cash machine.

"Stick to one strategy" is the worst business advice you'll ever hear. Your business isn't a 9-5 job with a playbook handed to you on day one. Success comes from testing, pivoting, and staying dynamic. The market shifts. Customer needs evolve. What worked last quarter might fail tomorrow. The entrepreneurs who win are not loyal to strategies. They're loyal to results. Try different approaches. Kill what doesn't work. Double down on what does. Adaptability > rigidity.

"Build in public" is a terrible strategy. You're literally announcing you're a beginner. Sure, people might cheer initially. But they'll NEVER buy from you. Nobody cares about the documentation of your journey. They buy RESULTS.
At this point, Build in Public is the same 30 founders hyping each other up.

People stay BROKE because they chase attention instead of money. A viral funny tweet gets you 1M impressions. A solution gets you 1M dollars. What you actually need is a good offer, not worthless attention. You don't need to be a clown to win.
spent the last 6 months watching people fumble the biggest opportunity of our generation X is a fucking goldmine and most people treat it like a diary for their shower thoughts let me break down what's actually happening on this app: **crypto guys** dude I know posts alpha threads and token analysis. never sells a course. never pushes a product. he gets paid by projects to post about them. $5K-$30K per tweet depending on his reach. one tweet. that's a month's salary for most people. another guy built a mass following just explaining defi stuff in simple terms. protocols hire him as an advisor now. $15K/month retainer just to be in their group chat and tweet occasionally. the crypto projects have money. they need distribution. you have distribution. do the math. **B2B business owners** met a guy running a boring ass accounting firm. nothing sexy. just does books for small businesses. started posting about tax mistakes business owners make. dry content. nothing viral. 8 months later he has 40K followers and a 6 month waitlist for clients. his cost per acquisition went from $800 in facebook ads to literally $0. another guy sells industrial equipment. like machines and shit. thought twitter was only for tech bros. started posting about manufacturing and supply chain. now gets inbound leads from factory owners who find him on here. he closed a $2M deal last year from a DM. a fucking DM. **freelancers** designers posting their work daily. not pitching. just showing what they make. clients come to them. no cold outreach. no upwork competing with 500 other designers for a $200 logo job. a copywriter I know posts breakdowns of ads she likes. why they work. what she'd change. she charges $150/hour now and has more work than she can handle. her marketing strategy is literally just being good at her job in public **coaches and consultants** every exec coach thinks they need to be on linkedin linkedin is dead. everyone there is trying to sell to each other. it's just salespeople in a circle jerk. the real buyers are here. scrolling while "working from home" a leadership coach I follow posts short clips from his sessions (with permission). raw unfiltered advice. booked out 4 months in advance. $500/hour. he has 12K followers. doesn't need more. just needs the right ones. **agency owners** every brand is desperate for reach. organic reach is dying everywhere except here. if you can grow accounts, you can charge $3K-$10K/month per client. a guy I know runs an agency with 5 clients. $7K each. that's $35K/month. his team is him and one VA in the philippines. he works maybe 4 hours a day. started by just growing his own account and having proof. **local businesses** a gym owner in texas started posting fitness content. nothing revolutionary. just form checks and nutrition basics. now has people driving 45 minutes to train at his gym. a restaurant owner posts behind the scenes kitchen content. now has a waitlist on weekends. this shit works for everyone. not just info product guys. **what everyone gets wrong** they think they need a product first. nah. you need attention first. the product comes after. build the audience. figure out what they want. then sell it. people doing it backwards wondering why nobody buys. **the real opportunity** X is the last platform where a nobody can reach millions without paying for it. instagram is pay to play. tiktok is lottery tickets. youtube takes months to get traction. here you can tweet something today and have 100K people see it tomorrow. that's insane. and it won't last forever. algorithms change. platforms die. new rules get added. the window is open right now. not forever. right now. everyone reading this has something they could monetize on here. a skill. a service. knowledge. experience. you're just not posting about it. or you're posting like a corporate robot and wondering why nobody engages. be a person. share real shit. help people. the money follows. I've watched it happen hundreds of times now. still blows my mind that more people aren't on this
