A new name won't fix a weak product. Trump wants New Mexico renamed "New America" and says home values and pride would rise. Platforms try this too, like Twitter becoming X. Has a rebrand ever actually changed how you felt about something?

People aren't just canceling a paper. They're moving their trust to individual voices they can follow, question and reply to. That's a huge shift for creators: you're the outlet now, so the bar is higher. Who do you actually trust for news in 2026?
They have become a very liberal paper over the years.

A company reportedly offered @DeenTheGreat $50 million to stop streaming for 6 months. He says his ego won't let him take it. Unconfirmed, but it's a real question for every creator: Would you go dark 6 months for $50M, or is your community worth more?

Meta suspended a group's Instagram on its biggest day because an AI tool read posts too fast and got flagged as a bot. Left or right, one automated flag can cut you off from your audience. Creators: if your main account vanished tomorrow, where would your people find you?

QSMP 2 launches today with real-time translation so creators from the US, France and India can actually talk to each other. That's a feature I keep coming back to for the messaging app I'm building. Would you use a chat that auto-translates your DMs, or is that too much?

YouTube deleted a 15-year fitness channel with 420K subscribers. Appeal rejected. Simply Bitcoin got banned the same day and was back in an hour because X made noise. So the real appeals process is going viral? Small creators don't get that. Who's backing up to Rumble?

Banks and crypto wallets are now letting AI agents do real work, but a human still approves the final step. That's my rule with my AI team too. They build, I sign off. Would you let an AI hit "send" without asking you first?

Hollywood's biggest agencies want Congress to force @netflix and @Disney to spend half their budgets on indie producers. Meanwhile streamers and YouTubers built a whole industry with zero mandates. Do creators need Congress, or just better platforms?

GTA 6 drops Nov 19 and every big streamer on Earth will be live that night. Small streamers, real question: do you jump into the chaos, or stream something else while everyone fights over GTA viewers? What's your play? 🎮

Sauce Walka went from a $27K month on @kick to venting live about a 70% drop after a payout formula change. That's the risk of one platform controlling your whole paycheck. Streamers: how much of your income comes from one platform? Be honest 👇

Australia threatened an American lawyer with jail over a gag order tied to Gab. His reply: "come get me, I guess." 🇺🇸 Foreign governments don't get to censor Americans. Should Congress block foreign censorship orders from being enforced here? Yes or no?

Meta just dropped an open AI model you can run on Mac Studios sitting on your own desk. Private AI that never leaves your house. That's where tech is heading. Your messages should work the same way. Would you trust a chat app more if you controlled where it lives?

Badge farmers just got a drop campaign shut down early, and ~70 viewbotted channels loop VODs 24/7 in drop categories. The small streamers drops were meant to help lose out. Should bot channels get banned from drop categories? Yes or no?
Vaultbreakers have announced that they've ended their badge campaign early due to too many badge farming channels. We do not know if the badges will become available again, sorry if you missed them! Would like to use this moment to bring forward an issue regarding these campaigns. Our research has shown there are around 70 active view botters who stream VODs 24/7 in badge drop categories. We do believe this is the reason why way less smaller streamers have been streaming these games. It's worth noting that we do have a Twitch channel where we play games. While we did get banned in the past, we did eventually resolve those issues with Twitch, as we've never played VODs. We encourage any badge collectors to look through the channels they decide to watch or subscribe to, to make sure they're playing the games live, and are not view botting.

Wubby says Twitch streamers are "getting robbed" on the sub split. The split matters, but the bigger problem is creators can't see the math. Show how payouts are calculated and let creators choose. Would you take a lower split if it was fully transparent?
PaymoneyWubby is calling out Twitch over its subscription revenue split, saying streamers are getting robbed by the platform. “I would tell everyone, don't stream on Twitch, you're getting robbed.” He's urging creators to reconsider streaming on Twitch over how much of their earnings the platform keeps.

Question for streamers: if you could move your whole community to one app tomorrow, what would it need to have?

The fastest way to kill a platform: let viewbots in. Fake numbers feel good for a week, then real creators leave because they can't trust anything. What's the sketchiest thing you've seen on a streaming platform?

Unpopular opinion: most "creator programs" are just marketing budgets with a nicer name. If creators can't see how payouts are calculated, it's not a partnership. Would you rather have a flat rate or full transparency?

Hot take: the next big social platform won't win on features. It'll win by treating creators like partners instead of inventory. Agree or disagree?
