Heya #ICPFamily, this is a big one. I’d like to introduce you guys to uBin, a cloud storage experience built on #ICP that allows you to create and own a personal file storage space on a blockchain network! This project is about 3 years old and offers a wide range of features: • Self-paid, autonomous smart contract creation and ownership. • In browser file manager interface with drag and drop upload. • In-app music/video player, document viewer (docx, pdf, etc), and a 3D model viewer. • Sharing via QR code and direct link. • User menu with saved settings customization. • In-app bug report/support ticket information. • Choice between public and encrypted canisters. • Support for mobile with NFID and Stoic. uBin has a 3+ year roadmap and lots to come. We have a few hundred users on and off chain, and we’re super excited to finally show what we’ve been cooking. Alright ladies and gents, it’s time. I have been in this ecosystem since before genesis. I have dedicated my life to it. I love it, hate it, and breathe it, and not one of you can take that from me. So let’s talk… I know too much. I’ve seen all there is to see, and I’m very connected to everyone, projects and foundation alike. You all are family to me. I genuinely care about us. We have to change, or we’re going to destroy ourselves. We’ve said it time and time again, and keep repeating the same cycles year over year. We’re growing, but we’re also creating the same problem we’re trying to solve. We have some of our biggest figureheads fighting, the disconnect between the foundation and community is the largest I’ve ever seen it, and we’ve got scammers accusing scammers of scamming. Let’s get real, you all are making this into a joke. It’s sickening me, and I love you all. I have worked with many of you. You all have a role to play, and every one of us is responsible for the way our ecosystem is, including me. Are you serious about changing it? Because if you guys are I can let you know that you’re driving the last of us out. My team has been silent because we can’t deal with it, we’re busy building real things, but the time has come where if we don’t actually confront ourselves, we’re going to spell the end to a beautiful thing. And yes @dfinity you’re equally at fault, and you need to be a part of this just as much we are. I’m going to be hosting a space. I will likely invite many folks, including from the foundation, and the focus will be on transparency, communication, and closing the gaps. I’m happy to play the role, but if you guys aren’t serious, we’re going to lose this game. Any one of you who knows me knows I’m about it. I’m happy to raise any issue, connect anyone together, and proactively solve any issue. We have to do this together though, or we’re going to destroy ourselves. Stop the nonsense, confront the issues, become introspective and learn to blame yourselves, or we’re all here for nothing. Let’s learn to love ICP again. We’re strong, let’s fix this. After a lot of thought and debate, I decided to bring a hefty update to my ic-auth package. This one is for the developers 🥂 github.com/id-daniel-mccoy/i… This package allows developers to setup their favorite Internet Computer wallet login in their web apps within minutes. It has been updated to use the latest features… Currently supported: • Plug • Stoic • Internet Identity • NFID There are currently some limitations on Stoic and NFID but they should be fixed in upcoming updates. This package aims to complement the ICP development experience, to make it easier for getting new devs building. For a full feature integration on the deepest level, I recommend integrating @NFIDWallet and IdentityKit. I would like to sincerely give credit to @IdentityMaxis and their team for the recent upgrades to ICP authentication standards, and I hope to continue supporting them. Enjoy everyone ❤️

Hey everyone, I know it’s been awhile. Just a bit of an update for my #ICP folks! Aside from dev work, I’ve been spreading the ICP love from coast to coast. Working closely with different @ICPHUBS, I’ve been teaching at actual universities, speaking at conferences, and getting real world people involved. I’ve created dev courses, presentations, and have done countless interviews with many positive responses. It is through efforts like this we can grow our ecosystem together. A big thanks to many of the folks from the Hubs, @JArroyoFerrer, the @MissionCommsX team, and of course our community for helping bring it all together. Just doing my part ❤️

Alright #ICPFamily, you guys even got me excited here. We’ve finally reached the day where I have to update the burn calculator (icpburn.com) because we’re under 1 second per ICP burn, which is insane! I started here back in July of 2021 when cycles burn was 8M/s, it took 23+ minutes to burn a single token. To see these numbers is just mind blowing. Whether it’s temporary or not, everyone here including Dfinity should be proud. On that note, expect an updated calculator hopefully today, love you guys ❤️
