Biden’s strategy is very simple:
1. Get as many illegals in the country as possible.
2. Legalize them to create a permanent majority – a one-party state.
That is why they are encouraging so much illegal immigration. Simple, yet effective.

The notion of share buyback has been frequently thrown around. It is only possible if the company has lots of spare cash. Even then there is no guarantee stock price will move proportionately. The shell has no cash when it was being taken over.

Dilution in % terms for shell companies shareholders is a given. The businesses vended into the shell is not for free. Often times the value could be tens or hundreds of million. But of course speculators or pumpers don't care. They will only scream "dilution", "scam", "no R/S"..
One year on after the CE on MJWL, ICOA, & AAPT. None of the companies nor management were ever investigated nor asked a question. The AMF investigation on the Canadian manipulators started even before the reverse merger of MJWL took place.
