My #Peterloo2019 design is a handkerchief. Inspired by the original #Peterloo #handkerchief @PHMMcr & featuring a jug with Henry Hunt’s profile. Commemorative objects were created to share the message of the massacre. This piece considers lessons pertinent to today @mcrhistfest.
New Manchester panel paintings coming soon to my online shop. Look our first postal giveaways, via IG. These ones feature the Northern Quarter and Spring Gardens with my original Mrs Pankhurst.
A whole load of variations in these special little A5 prints for the Black Creative Trailblazer showcase last Friday. Swipe to check out the inspiration and the back of the pack.

Today is the anniversary of the #PeterlooMassacre in #Manchester. I think of those who walked miles to protest peacefully and how authorities responded to the crowd with brutal attack. I think of the lessons we learn from history and look at the world around me. Can we do better?

My latest design REIGN DOWN is at A2 hand made screen print on white card. It comes in classic yellow and black but I’m testing a few in blood red and sky blue 🤔. mancsy.bigcartel.com
It’s true, I’m myth busting. Rain in MCR is lower than the UK average, it’s all about our reign! 5 giveaways out today, a 2 layer A2 screenprint. I’ve gone for standard Manc yellow and black and testing a blood bed and sky blue version. What do you prefer?
It was great to be out for the Manchester Day parade despite the drizzle. Great vibes and a few giveaway pieces on the streets today…

It had to be Gorton Monastery. One of the most beautiful places in MCR in my mind.
Just across the way from the old showground to the world you might find a free bee screenprint featuring lots of references to Belle Vue.
The next free bee is located by a drive named after the Kings Hall venue st Belle Vue. It’s just around the back of Belle Vue CO OP Academy, which many will remember as the old Showcase cinema.
There are also other roads with names relating to what was once here.
