Now young apprentices in Ontario are speaking out about low wages, lack of training and struggling to find opportunities. Were we sold another false promise?

sadly, this man lives in my home town and I'm afraid I'm the reason behind it. when he visited russia, I didn't know the backstory, so I greeted him very warmly and helped through a lot. my story has a lot of tricky parts; the main thing - he treated me like I owe him in the end
