Unsolicited advice to prospective graduates from 'developing countries'.
Please focus your scholarship search on Europe, Canada, Asia and the UK. For Europe, be ready to learn the local language if your plan to stay for long term. As per the favourite destination of most students from Nigeria, the immigration policies are getting tighter daily. Do not waste your time hoping the road will be clearer soon. If it will, that may not earlier than 2029. So, make hay while the sunshine.

Marketing is the process of getting the right people to know about a product, trust it, and eventually pay for it.
It is much bigger than posting on social media.
Wake up and market yourself.

Out of the 20 rules of money I learned today:
No. 1: Money is a game. And like every game, it can be learned.
Goodluck.

Perspective determines what you see.
Two people can stand in the same situation and walk away with completely different conclusions. One sees a setback; the other sees a lesson. One sees someone’s success as intimidation; another sees it as evidence that growth is possible.
Sometimes, changing your perspective changes the MEANING OF THE EXPERIENCE.

Reading books regularly can expand and sharpen your mind.
Improve your thinking — you encounter ideas and perspectives you may never have considered.
Increase your knowledge — you build understanding across different subjects.
Improve concentration — sustained reading trains your ability to focus.
Strengthen vocabulary and communication — you become better at expressing complex ideas.
Develop critical thinking — good books make you question assumptions and examine arguments.
Recommend books for me, which book are you reading?

A lot of people think their biggest problem is lack of money.
Sometimes, it is actually lack of useful knowledge.
You can work harder and still remain stuck if you keep applying the same knowledge that got you to your current level.
Yes, pursue money. Build your business. Look for opportunities.
But while chasing money this week, create time to learn something that can increase your value.
Goodluck.

Stick to the plan.
Not your mood.
Not your excuses.
Not what everyone else is doing.
You already know what needs to be done.

Hope you people are seeing how Dangote and the banks are disturbing everywhere with this Dangote IPO?
My email has turned into a Dangote IPO billboard. Nigerian banks are sending mails like this thing is by force.
If you like, don’t carry your business on your head.
Just ₦2 million profit and you relax.
One day, you will realize that the people who kept building were not playing around.
Let me get back to work.

Hi,
Beyond ChatGPT prompts and content creation:
1. What are you actually building, automating, or solving with AI?
2. Which AI tools are powering your work, business, studies, or projects?
I want to know what people are actually doing with AI, not just talking about it.
Thanks.

Over 20 years later, my secondary school anthem still lives rent-free in my head.
Especially the motto:
“Either the First or With the First.”
Looking back, I realise that motto has reflected so much of my life.
I may not always come first, but I have never been comfortable sitting at the back.
It is either I am winning, or I am right there with those winning.
No backseat. No settling. No excuse.
Either the first or with the first. That’s more than a school motto to me. It is now my mindset.

Hellooooo,
We all know it is vanity upon vanity, but we still want it.
We want to gather the vanities.
We want to enjoy the vanity.
So before you agree with anyone that it is “vanity upon vanity,”
Please acquire it first.
Taste it.
Then you can decide whether it is truly vanity.
