🚨DEM ARRESTED🚨 The FBI has arrested Virginia Democratic State Senator L. Louise Lucas and her associates this morning. Lucas was federally indicted on charges including racketeering, money-laundering conspiracy, conspiracy to distribute marijuana, honest-services fraud, and related offenses tied to an alleged illegal marijuana-distribution scheme involving a cannabis business she co-owns. The indictment alleges the conspirators used various business entities to conceal proceeds and that Lucas leveraged her position in the Virginia Senate to protect the enterprise from scrutiny and advance wealth accumulation. Earlier this year, the FBI raided her office.
