Been using GPT Sol and GPT-6 Astra on Extra High, & the coding performance is awful. Constantly leaves tasks half-finished.

Florida real estate is broken. HOA fees now run 60%+ of your mortgage payment. Add property taxes, flood insurance, and HO6 (thanks to the shadow mortgage mess) and purchasing power is gone. Sellers are going to have to capitulate, the math doesn't work anymore
