I have to be real with you... The day I looked at my weekly 𝕏 screen time and asked myself, “What am I sacrificing for this?” was the day I stopped posting daily. No hate or judgements, But have you ever seriously considered what your time spent here is costing you offline?

Seeing a little green today, but is it purely emotion? 🫣 The move is likely due to oil prices pulling back as concerns over a major disruption to the world’s supply ease. Still, oil is still above $100, while the 10-year Treasury yield remains near 5.25%. So what changed?

Farm debt may be more of a problem than the official data shows. 🤔 Historically, USDA has measured farm debt primarily through data reported by banks, Farm Credit institutions and other regulated lenders. However, farmers are increasingly relying on suppliers, equipment companies, fintech firms and other nontraditional lenders. Vendor credit is typically measured through the Agricultural Resource Management Survey, whose response rate has fallen from roughly 68% in 2009 to just 33% in 2025. $MOO $VEGI $DBA $TAGS

Mortgage rates are back above 7%. The average 30-year fixed rate jumped 19 bps to 7.49%, (highest level since November 2023). Why? The 10-year Treasury yield $IEF has surged as inflation, higher oil prices and stronger economic growth push yields higher.
