Because Rose was raised by awful parents, she had no idea what it was like to be part of a nice family, at least until now. Kems and her family treat Rose with kindness, love and respect.

I've always had fun writing Kems and Rose hanging out/talking. They fought side by side during the Clone Wars, so when they interact you can kind of tell that they've known each other for a long time. <3
