Excited to work with Payward to forge a path for onchain derivatives built on Hyperliquid's infrastructure. Kraken is one of the most trusted and respected exchanges in crypto. They are also true believers in the technology and crypto ethos. We're honored that they are building on Hyperliquid to bring the next evolution of perpetual markets to the United States.
Payward, the parent company of Kraken, announced its intention to be the first CFTC-regulated deployer on HIP-3* markets. Payward will use Hyperliquid as the infrastructure layer to deploy perpetual futures markets for US clients. Subject to regulatory approval, Bitnomial, Payward’s CFTC-regulated DCM and DCO, would act as the HIP-3* deployer: creating, owning, and administering the markets and clearing and settling the contracts. If approved, NinjaTrader Clearing, Payward’s CFTC-registered FCM, would carry client accounts.
HIP-3 will support optional deployer configuration for permissioned markets in a future network upgrade. This set of additional deployer functionality is collectively called HIP-3*. At its core, HIP-3* activation involves an onchain allowlist managed by the deployer or its sub-deployers. The functionality is strictly additive to HIP-3; its use is optional and up to the deployer. Existing markets remain unchanged. The initial release is available on testnet, where specifications are preliminary and subject to change based on feedback.
Hyperliquid is a neutral infrastructure layer with the goal of supporting large parts of the financial system. HIP-3* gives deployers additional functionality to operate deployments consistent with the requirements applicable to them. As with HIP-3, HIP-3* deployers are independent operators who use Hyperliquid as the onchain infrastructure layer for their own markets, while retaining control and responsibility over their deployment.

ตอนนี้มีการพบช่องโหว่ร้ายแรง 2 รายการในเว็บไซต์ที่พัฒนาด้วยภาษา PHP (หนึ่งในนั้นคือ WordPress) ทำให้ผู้โจมตีสามารถเข้าควบคุมเซิร์ฟเวอร์ได้ด้วยคำขอเพียงครั้งเดียว ไม่ต้องล็อกอินใดๆ
ใครเป็นนักพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ให้รีบตามข่าวอัปเดตเซิร์ฟเวอร์โดยด่วน

อัปเดตด่วน - PHP เจอช่องโหว่ RCE ระดับ Critical 9.2 สองตัวรวด คนดูแลเว็บและชาว WordPress ต้องเช็กดีๆไม่งั้นเครื่องหาย
วันนี้ทาง PHP เพิ่งปล่อย Security advisory ช่องโหว่ระดับวิกฤต (CVSS v4.0 คะแนนสูงถึง 9.2) ออกมาพร้อมกัน 2 ตัว คือ CVE-2026-109618 และ CVE-2026-109619 ซึ่งเปิดทางให้คนภายนอกยิงคำสั่งเข้ามาควบคุม Server จากระยะไกล (Remote Code Execution หรือ RCE) ได้ครับ
ปํญหานี้ไม่ได้อยู่ที่เว็บ แต่เป็นที่ตัวของภาษา PHP เองเลยต้องอัปเดต PHP บน Server เท่านั้น
ช่วงเวอร์ชันที่ได้รับผลกระทบ (ใช้ตัวเลขชุดเดียวกันนี้กับทั้งสองช่องโหว่ ทั้ง CVE-2026-109618 และ CVE-2026-109619 )
- PHP 5.4 - 8.1 โดนหมดเรียบ ไม่เหลือจ้า
- PHP 8.2: โดนตั้งแต่ 8.2.0 - 8.2.34 -> รุ่นแรกที่แก้คือ 8.2.35
- PHP 8.3: โดนตั้งแต่ 8.3.0 - 8.3.35 -> รุ่นแรกที่แก้คือ 8.3.36
- PHP 8.4: โดนตั้งแต่ 8.4.0 - 8.4.26 -> รุ่นแรกที่แก้คือ 8.4.27
- PHP 8.5: โดนตั้งแต่ 8.5.0 - 8.5.11 -> รุ่นแรกที่แก้คือ 8.5.12
ถ้าใครใช้ Linux ตัวเลขอาจจะเปลี่ยนไปตาม Distro แต่ละเจ้า ลองตรวจสอบดูเช่น Ubuntu
แล้วเวอร์ชันเก่าอย่าง PHP 8.1, 8.0 หรือ 7.4 ล่ะ?
ในทางเทคนิคเวอร์ชันพวกนี้ถือเป็น EOL (หมดระยะซัพพอร์ตทางการ) ไปแล้ว อาจจะต้องหา Backport ซึ่งก็น่าจะมีคนทำอยู่ อย่าง 8.1 ก็มีอยู่ในส่วนของ Ubuntu
สิ่งที่ต้องทำทันที
- อัปเดต PHP ให้เป็นเวอร์ชันที่มีแพตช์ทันที
- พออัปเดตเสร็จแล้ว ต้อง Restart Worker ด้วยให้ใช้ Version ใหม่
- เช็คว่าเราได้รันอยู่บน Version ที่ Update แล้วจะผ่าน php -v หรือ phpinfo ก็ได้
- ทดสอบการใช้งานว่าปกติไหม
- เสร็จพิธี
ส่วนวิธีแก้ขัดสำหรับคนที่ยัง Update ไม่ได้ ก็จะมีการตั้งค่า session.upload_progress.enabled=0 และ memory_limit=-1 ใน php.ini หรือ ปิด Upload ไปเลย ก็พอแก้ขัดไปได้ก่อน

Today, HPC filed a comment letter asking the @CFTC to bring compute perpetual contracts to U.S. markets.
Data centers, their lenders, and the AI developers that rent compute all carry price risk, and the exposure runs around the clock with no fixed end date. Our comment explains why compute meets the test for a successful futures market and why perpetual contracts fit an exposure that never expires.
