Unga prices may have dropped, but Kenyans are still drowning in the high costs of essentials like school supplies and healthcare. The struggle is real!
We demand the immediate resignation of all officials involved in the Adani deals. If they truly care about Kenya’s future, they must step aside. The President must take decisive action now, and if he doesn’t, Parliament must step in to hold Cabinet Secretaries accountable. Kenyans deserve leaders who prioritize the people, not shady deals.
Moreover, the government must stop paying lip service by blaming the Office of the Director of Public Prosecution (ODPP) for collapsed corruption cases when many beneficiaries of these withdrawals and "prosecution-aided" acquittals have been rewarded with appointments in this administration.
The President and all members of the executive must stop interfering with enforcement agencies. Let these institutions perform their constitutional mandates of investigation, prosecution, adjudication, and asset recovery without undue influence. It’s time for accountability and true justice for Kenyans.

We said this about two years ago, but MPs and @WilliamsRuto failed to listen. To them, it was all about political reward, and with that, they sacrificed integrity. Look at how it has cost us.

When he came into office, @ODPP_KE prosecuted a number of cases including those of high profile individuals and all these were done in public domain. So, when he publicly stated that some of these prosecutions were done under duress then one shudders! #StopOverTaxingKenyans

The public pronouncements by Noordin Haji the Director @ODPP_KE , that he was under "undue influence" in prosecuting some of the cases withdrawn, he clearly showed that, he was not fit for office, if article 73 of chapter 6 of the Constitution of Kenya is anything to go by.

MR NOORDIN HAJI - UNFIT FOR PUBLIC SERVICE
Together with our @RedCardKe partners - @thekhrc, @TISAKenya & @nisisikenya, we submitted a petition to @PSCKenya to seek the removal of Mr Noordin Haji as the Director- @ODPP_KE on grounds of gross misconduct, incompetence & non-compliance with Chapter 6 of the Constitution on leadership and integrity. ➡️nia-ke.org/petition-to-the-p…
On incompetence, we have highlighted several instances where Mr Haji has made various applications to withdraw from prosecution several active cases in court, including graft-related cases on grounds of insufficient evidence to sustain a prosecution.
On non-compliance with the constitution & other legislations, we aver that Mr Haji failed to follow set out guidelines on the decision to charge, acted against the interests of justice & public interest, & failed to promote public trust & confidence in the office he holds contrary to Article 73 of the CoK 2010.
On gross misconduct, we have highlighted the DPP’s actions in exercising preferential treatment in handling the prosecution of some cases of politically exposed persons.
