Indonesia is moving from flooding the nickel market to managing it. Jakarta has capped 2026 nickel ore output roughly 30% below the 2025 approved quota, and now the Chinese-backed producers that built the glut are now weighing coordinated cuts. We see such sell-offs as entry points.
