You're as deluded as they are. Yes, SS is our money being paid back. It needs to be increased, because most elderly rely exclusively on it. But young people today have almost no real career opportunities. The vast majority of jobs don't pay enough for someone to live independently, given housing costs. We had it a whole lot better.

The boomers should have given their houses to gen x kids. They didn’t, that’s why they’re selling them to blackrock at a 30x return. Many of the youth will never ever be able to own a house because the boomers wanted to go on cruises and mock their children. The wealth will not be transfered generationally it will go to vanguard and blackrock. Because the boomers simply want more money as they rot in the ground.
