🚨 BREAKING: Democrats will take control of the US House of Representatives, per DDHQ
Now, the question is by how large of a margin. The smaller the margin, the more crap the squad will give Hakeem Jeffries (assuming he's made speaker)
The Senate is STILL in play, however.

🇺🇸 Ron DeSantis is starting to sound an awful lot like a man preparing for ANOTHER presidential run.
With Trump's Iran war hurting Republicans at the ballot box, DeSantis is openly criticizing the very promise that helped Trump win.
“He obviously ran saying he wasn't going to do a Middle East war. He did.”
DeSantis argues that ordinary Americans are now paying for that broken promise every time they fill up their cars.
But there's a bigger political angle here.
If Republicans suffer a serious midterm defeat, Trump, JD Vance and Marco Rubio could all face difficult questions about the administration's direction.
And DeSantis, who already challenged Trump once, would have an opening to present himself as the alternative.
He's not announcing a campaign. Not yet.
But when Stephen A. Smith asked about another presidential run, DeSantis didn't rule it out.
“We'll see what happens. Maybe someday.”

Stephen A. Smith predicts Democrats will be STUPID and ARROGANT enough to treat the midterms as a mandate and start impeaching Trump’s cabinet.
If they go down that road, he says, it will BACKFIRE in 2028 and hand Marco Rubio or Ron DeSantis the presidency.
PBD: "Let's play the 'let's say' game. The Dems win the House and they win the Senate. One, what do you think they'll do? And if they do that, what will happen in 2028?"
STEPHEN A. SMITH: "I believe that the Democrats are going to be arrogant enough to believe it's a mandate as opposed to a vote against Trump."
"There are going to be enough of them that think that it was a vote for them, their mandate, that they've reclaimed power, and they're going to be stupid and arrogant enough to go after him with stuff like impeachment. They're definitely going to try to impeach Pete Hegseth."
"They're definitely going to go after Marco Rubio with an investigation. They're probably going to do the same with Trump, and we're going to be inundated with similar chaos to what was transpiring in the years between when he departed in 2020 and he reclaimed the presidency in 2024."
"And that same kind of chaos is going to cost them the presidency in 2028, in all likelihood, to Marco Rubio or Ron DeSantis. That is what I believe."
