Coaches → Let's Challenge Ourselves ⇨ NO “Low Energy Vibe” EVER! The practice setting is sacred; it’s the power plant to your team’s performance when the game lights come on: no sitting, no leaning, no distractions. We want our players to always play in a physical position of readiness at both ends. We must present ourselves (as an example) in that same physical state of vigilance in the practice setting. Bring the JUICE with your voice, your face & body language, your movements, and your physical presence. High Energy | Great Enthusiasm!

Coaches → Don’t ever stop TEACHING, BUT don’t stop the action in practice unless absolutely necessary. The whistle stops the action, not a coach talking. Learn how to instruct, encourage, and correct DURING action! #KeepPracticeMoving
