This🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 𝗔𝗻 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝘆 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗳𝘁: 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗔𝗚𝗔 𝗡𝗼𝘄. By Daniel Ferrer To my friends on the left, and everyone celebrating the election results: Congratulations. You won. And I mean that sincerely. The voters have spoken, your candidates won, and that's how our constitutional republic works. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. A lost battle isn't a lost war. But there's something wonderfully ironic about your victory that I don't think many of you have considered. Congratulations. You're MAGA now. Before you get upset, hear me out. For years, those four letters have been treated as an insult, a partisan identity, and something to be defeated. But strip away the personalities, the politics, and the noise for a moment. What do they actually mean? Make America Great Again. George Washington wanted to establish a republic that would endure. Abraham Lincoln fought to preserve the Union. John F. Kennedy challenged Americans to serve something greater than themselves. Ronald Reagan believed in America's limitless potential. Bill Clinton spoke of rebuilding the American dream. Different men, different parties, different philosophies. But they shared one fundamental ambition: leaving America stronger than they found it. They didn't call it MAGA. They didn't have to. The desire to make America greater didn't begin with one president, and it shouldn't belong to one political party. And now, my friends, that responsibility belongs to your newly elected representatives. You campaigned on affordability, healthcare, housing, economic opportunity, and making life better for working Americans. The voters listened and handed you the keys. Now let's see you drive. 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝘀 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. Because winning an election is one thing. Governing is something entirely different. Campaigning is about promises. Governing is about delivering them. It's easy to criticize what's wrong, blame someone else, and tell voters how much better things could be. It's considerably harder to produce results. Americans don't need another victory speech or another round of political theater. They need relief from rising costs, opportunities to build wealth, affordable housing, accessible healthcare, and a government that measures success by the lives it improves rather than the headlines it generates. You told the American people you had solutions. Now show us. And to my friends celebrating today, I have one simple request: Hold your candidates accountable. You supported them. You believed their promises. You helped put them into office. Now demand results. Don't confuse loyalty to a political party with loyalty to your country. And don't allow another election cycle of finger-pointing to become an acceptable substitute for governing. Because winning an argument doesn't pay someone's mortgage, and winning an election doesn't automatically improve anyone's life. 𝗜 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗲 𝗪𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 I remain firmly committed to my conservative principles. I believe in limited government, fiscal responsibility, individual liberty, free enterprise, and personal accountability. And I remain convinced that many of the policies your candidates advocate are the exact opposite of what this country needs. But I genuinely hope you prove me wrong. Because I don't need America to fail to prove that I'm right. I'd much rather be proven wrong while watching this country prosper than be proven right while watching it struggle. And I would hope anyone who genuinely loves this country feels the same way. Somewhere along the line, we've become so consumed with which political party gets credit that we've forgotten what the credit is supposed to be for. A stronger economy. Greater opportunity. Safer communities. A better future for our children. A republic worthy of the sacrifices made to preserve it.
