Wishing the basketball team good luck as they take on Fairmont with a flashback to last Friday when former WR Keagan Brayboy threw this down against South Rob. 👀👀

You have a choice. You can complain about things you can't control or you can control what you can and let go of what you can't. You can focus on your problems or focus on getting better. You can look for an excuse or you can look within and find your best.

Players, fans, and even coaches (yeah I'm guilty) get caught up in stars. Young men continue to physically develop up about 28 years old. 3 Star and below guys who surpass 5 Star guys usually do so by continued hard work and development because of a strong belief in themselves.

Don’t be a “cool” guy. Cool guys don’t like to: Sit in the front row Go to every class Get extra work in after a practice/workout Be coached Be held accountable/hold others accountable Too many of these guys take away from program culture & integrity
