A community of caring at Redland MS. From high expectations being set in classrooms (“It is ok to fail if we learn from it”) to a calming paint scheme that supports students with Autism, to “Fox,” building services manager celebrating 53 years! @RedlandPrin @DrJones_OSSI @MCPS

Congratulations to @DrMcNeal_RMS on her appointment as the principal of Hallie Wells MS! An incredible leader who will serve her community with excellence! @RedlandPrin @MCPS @MCAAPMD @livinginthegift

Showcasing the amazing work and the incredible student leaders at Tedland MS as a part of @TheLeaderinMe’s Symposium school visit. Goal-setting, and building a high-trust school culture! @RedlandPrin @DrMcNeal_RMS @Listening2Lead @MCPS

If you know @RedlandPrin, you know how much he adores his traffic cones. Glad that I got to experience the tribute that his staff gave him today! #Standard10 #MyConeWasALittleSnug @DrMcNeal_RMS
