When will @TheOURja make @DIGICELJamaica lower our tv billing given that they continue to remove key channels - MSNBC, all of the major US networks, etc.?
It's rare that I have to say this, but @DIGICELJamaica fibre is completely tripping tonight...
Who was friends w Peter Dean Rickards? Would love to know if the footage for The Last Don still exists- some of it was on Vimeo, but I went looking and couldn't find the Negril episode and the one with the old American guys.
@BiggestBarry @AllianceJamaica @StormSaulter @NILUS1
There were at least two full length episodes released

The “ISSUE”???
We are truly doomed.
Another unproductive morning thanks to @myJPSonline
@darylvazmp every time this happens the GOJ needs to fine JPS and make them offer a rebate to customers of some kind.
2026 in Jamaica and I'm still singing "Doro me, Doro you, Doro Mavins, we the baddest crew"

Terrible optics in this office rental thing.
Also not sure I get the necessity- they’re not ODPEM or some entity like that.

Story Time
At the first toll booth on the way back from Ochi yesterday, one of the toll workers literally walked in front of my car so that he could throw an empty plastic bottle into the bush on the side of the road.
We are so fucked.
Jamaica Engineering Twitter - 110 VAC 50 Hz mains is stupid - why did we do this???
It would have made even less sense to choose this back in the day before DC motors and inverters were a common thing.
This coffee at the interview thing reminded me that when I lived in Silicon Valley during the dot-com boom, an exec at a big startup told me that if you came to a job interview in a suit or overly dressed up, you automatically didn't get the job.
Perspective is a hell of a thing
U know what's fucked up? We frame ratings in units of evil- everything is about who is di real bad man, real killa, real gangsta, even "mi g" comes from that. We throw gang signs. And the popular mode of dress is balaclavas, tactical vests, and the incredibly fishy saggy pants...
