LFP +5 and AC: VALORANT MAIN TEAM RECRUITMENT Espergærde Esport is building a new Main Team with the ambition of competing in tournaments and playing in the highest level. We are looking for High Radiant-level players and a dedicated AC, who are ready to commit to a serious, long-term project and build something together. WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - High Radiant / 550+ RR peak minimum - Minimum 3 Danish players in the final roster - Extensive competitive team experience - High-level experience preferred (VRC / VCL) - All roles are open (especially IGL) - Strong discipline, work ethic and commitment - Excellent communication and team mentality - Willingness to commit to a long-term project We already have an talented headcoach in @FuriouzMeow and Espergærde Esport is able to cover tournament entry fees for the team. We are not looking for players simply to fill a roster. We are looking for players who want to build a team, develop together and win.
