Sean is really, really, really hoping nobody notices how far Trump slid in public approval before the war amidst unpopular tariffs. Also, by "neocons" he means anyone who thought nominating Donald Trump in 2024 was a good idea. This is what Trump leadership looks like. Trump could have gone to Congress. Let me explain something to adults over 45. Young white men cannot get jobs. I mean this in the most literal sense. We have valedictorians and nuclear engineers and rocket scientists living in their cars sending out 800 job applications who cannot get a job at McDonalds or the local grocery store. That's how severe the dead zombie economy is for young men. Young white men don't give a shit anymore. They are completely demoralized and exhausted. President Trump is a businessman and we voted for a businessman to fix the economy. Under his leadership we have suffered 6 years of DEI racial discrimination. If President Trump cannot fix the problem, he needs to be honest and explain what's stopping him. But he made a purposeful decision to prioritize Boomers over young men and that's why he lost the midterms.
Because it's easier for the smart people to talk on X than to work their way into the ranks of the GOP effectively. Some do, but again it's hard.
We need to use nights like tonight to get more of us inside, deeper into the decision-making positions.
