How I use the Pryzm Platform - Post #4 🚨 Look for yield tokens priced under zero 🚨 This happened last night with nUSDC. Although you can't swap into tokens with a negative price, there is a way to profit. I'll explain how using last night as an example. (1) I refracted nUSDC into 6/30/25 principal and yield tokens. (2) Then I swapped my pnUSDC back to nUSDC. Note that l ended up with more nUSDC than I began step 1 with. (3) Repeat step 1 and 2 until the arbitrage opportunity is gone. The result? It took me 13 cycles last night to clear the arb. I started with 40 nUSDC and ended with 54 nUSDC + 769 ynUSDC. You can either stake all free yield tokens received from refracting or you can wait until their price stabilizes and swap out of them for even more profit. How I use the Pryzm platform – Post #2 Today I’ll share how I’m currently playing Season 3 of @Pryzm_Zone's Photon campaign. BTW, it runs from May 1st through August 31st so we’re still very early. But before I do that, for context, this is how I played the previous Photon campaign which ended on April 30th. My premise was simple: ✅ Pryzm was flying a bit to far under the radar due to crappy market conditions; therefore, ✅ the campaign was being under-farmed; as a result, ✅ my goal was to earn as many photons as possible; because, ✅ based on the total amount of photons earned during the campaign, the implied price of the $PRYZM token was MUCH cheaper than where I expect $PRYZM to trade after the token launches. Now that I’ve secured a good-sized $PRYZM bag, I’m starting Photons Season 3 with these strategies (1)Remain as liquid as possible Why? I expect loads of new yield-bearing tokens to be added on Pryzm over the next several months now that IBC Eureeka has opened the door to Ethereum assets in the cosmos. I want the ability to shift my capital to these new assets if they offer better profit opportunities. (2)Employ a ‘delta neutral’ trading strategy, primarily Why? This complements my first goal. I don’t necessarily want to own the tokens I’m trading. I just want to use them to generate profits AND earn more $PRYZM tokens. So, I’ll use $BTC as collateral to borrow the tokens I want to trade. (3)Put my stable coins to work; primarily by LPing them and staking the yTokens Why? LPs earn substantially more photons this season than last. Staking the yTokens received from ‘zero price impact’ joining my stables earns me daily yield (more stables) + more photons. And by regular staking my yTokens instead of Super Staking them, I can withdraw my liquidity at any point and merge those principal and yield tokens back into their underlying stable coin LST. (4)Take advantage of trading opportunities created when maturities are added or expire and when new tokens are added Why? Some markets are inefficient. Thus far, it’s taken Pryzm users a while to “correctly” price new maturities. Additionally, big fixed yield opportunities often emerge before maturities expire. This creates profit opportunities for those who know how to take advantage. I’ll describe these trading strategies when they present themselves. There are many profitable trading strategies available on @Pryzm_Zone . This is a simple one I've used heavily over the last 4 months. There's just three steps. (1) Set PulseTrade to swap $ATOM for cATOM at a minimum of 5% discount (2) Use 'Instant Unstake' to swap cATOM back to $ATOM for a 1% fee (3) Repeat.
