Having a curious mindset seems to be one of the key ingredients to success. We are all born curious, so it's our duty cultivate curiosity in our children and the next generation. Allow them to explore and make mistakes, and then congratulate them for doing so.

If all your decisions are based on doing what will be easier, than I can almost certainly tell you that your life, as a whole, will be harder. It's doing what is challenging that will make your life great. When faced with the option, take the road that will challenge you more.

The more leaders I speak to each day, the more I realise that we are all just figuring it out as we are going. No one has a silver bullet. If it seems like they do, then it's because you are viewing it from a different perspective to them.
