The team will wear black armbands this afternoon in memory of Leah Reilly, the sister of Martyn Reilly.
Today marks one year since Leah's passing following an unexpected brain haemorrhage at just 25 years of age. Leah was a kind, selfless person who embraced life to the fullest, and her memory continues to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. ๐๏ธ
Our thoughts are with Martyn and his family today. โค๏ธ

๐ A huge achievement for Martyn Reilly yesterday afternoon as he made his 150th career appearance in the Eagles' victory against Barrow Raiders.

What a man,
All the best welloโค๏ธ
This Sunday, Kris Welham will step onto the field for the very last time, hanging up his boots after an incredible career. Fittingly, heโll mark the occasion with his 450th career appearance as we take on Barrow Raiders at the Steel City Stadium.
To honour Kris, we visited Hull KR last week, the club where his professional career began, to look back on a remarkable career filled with highs, lows, and unforgettable moments with themselves, as well as Bradford Bulls, Salford Red Devils, Featherstone Rovers, and of course, Sheffield Eagles. ๐

Ahead of this eveningโs kick-off, we will observe a minuteโs silence in memory of Martyn Reillyโs sister, Leah Reilly.
Leah sadly passed away suddenly and tragically following an unexpected brain haemorrhage, at the young age of just 25. She was a kind and selfless person who lived life to the fullest.
On behalf of everyone at the club, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Martyn and his family at this most difficult time.
