When something goes bump in the night, who you gonna call?
I’m a paranormal investigator. Little bit of magic to wild shape as I search for ghosts and cryptids. But mostly I just play games on twitch.
Been reading about uterus transplantation and its successes.
If researchers ever need volunteers to study the feasibility of uterus transplantation in an AMAB body, my DM’s are open.
I saw a sale offer for a magazine called Family Handyman. Sounded interesting, with DIY projects and stuff, but at checkout it wouldn’t even show me the amount I was about to be charged.
Looked them up and apparently it’s a legit 50+ year-old magazine, but I’m also seeing people say it’s not what it used to be.
Guess I’ll stick with YouTube.
As a hypermobile guy, I’m wondering how many of you with hypermobility (HSD/hEDS) can feel when a joint is about to slip or sublux?
Sometimes it’s followed by persistent soft-tissue pain that lingers as a reminder that you almost messed something up really badly.
And if you don’t have hypermobile joints, have you ever felt something similar?
I’m curious because this happens to me so often that I almost ignore it like breathing, until I stop and ask, “Why is my knee hurting?”
Then I remember I twisted it on Sunday, even though it’s now Tuesday. 😅
I want to understand what evidence people are using when they claim AI is harming cognitive development.
What exactly are they measuring: critical thinking, memory, creativity, problem-solving, attention, something else?
Because in my own experience, AI has often done the opposite. It gives me a place to explore, challenge, and develop ideas I find interesting when friends or family simply aren’t interested in those subjects.
I’m not claiming AI can’t be used badly. I’m questioning the much broader claim that using it inherently makes people think less. It certainly doesn’t tell me every idea I have is brilliant. In practice, it often makes me reevaluate, refine, challenge, and research what I’m doing.
I just learned about something called “catching print.”
I’ve exclusively worn yoga pants for years.
It’s 2026…
Glad to know someone finally looked.
I’m single and hurt like heck from working on the house. I need #ChatGPT to grow hands already and rub my feet.
If a digital media store revokes access to legally purchased content, they should be required to refund the purchase price.
If they can take it back, it was never really a purchase.
Bankruptcy would be the obvious exception.
“Hide your man boobs!”
Excuse me? I happen to think my chest is one of my better features. 😂
I’m not hiding the girls just because your marketing department is afraid of them.
So umm… been an interesting year.
Power just suddenly went out.
It’s raining, a gentle slow rain.
No lightening nor tornado this night. Yet it’s like Gozer just took a breath as they tried to summon a giant Stay Pufft marshmallow man.
Wisconsin’s fun.
The toilet turned red. That wasn’t on today’s bingo card. Picked a bad day to start talking about cramps.
“Does anyone else ever wonder if content creation quietly steals time from the life you thought you’d have?”
A lingering thought.
I spoke with a family planning psychologist in the last few weeks. They gently brought up an idea I had years ago.
“Do I become a single parent?”
