A 15 year old girl bravely fought back against her captor, hitting him with a fire extinguisher to escape a basement apartment in Northwest Baltimore after being stabbed all over.
The incident began on Thursday, October 22, 2026, when the teenager accepted a ride from 23 year old Abubakarr Barrie, who was operating an unlicensed rideshare vehicle (locally known as a "hack").
The victim requested a ride to a local carryout restaurant. Instead, Barrie drove in the opposite direction, put her in a tight headlock when she questioned him, and forced her into his basement residence on Garrison Boulevard.
Inside the basement, Barrie stripped the girl of her clothing, told her not to scream, and began stabbing her repeatedly across her chest, back, ribs, shoulder, and ear.
The victim fought for her life by scratching and clawing at her attacker. She managed to grab a fire extinguisher, struck Barrie with it, and broke free from his grasp.
The girl fled the house naked, shoeless, and bleeding heavily. She ran for about 5 minutes through the neighborhood, knocking on doors until a resident on Belle Avenue took her in, called 911, and contacted her mother.
She was treated for stab wounds and a collapsed lung.

My uncle did a mission trip to Africa to teach a village how to raise pigs for food.
They flew in with a bunch of pigs, built pens for them, Food and water troughs, and taught them how to breed them so they could always have meat. Two weeks of work and teaching.
They went back a year later to check on the village. They had thrown a giant party the night after my uncle left, slaughtered and ate all the pigs, sold the feeders and fencing, and were really pissed off that the mission didn't bring them more pigs.

Meet Aldo David Herrera-Andino, an ILLEGAL ALIEN from Honduras.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — A 23-year-old Haitian national charged with fatally shooting a Walmart manager is now the subject of new reporting concerning his immigration history and an alleged sham marriage involving the victim.
According to Fox News, citing multiple Department of Homeland Security sources, Destino Jean-Louis entered the United States on November 24, 2023, through Fort Lauderdale International Airport under the Biden administration’s CHNV humanitarian parole program.
The sources claim Jean-Louis lost his legal immigration status on June 12, 2025, following the Trump administration’s termination of the program.
Jean-Louis is accused of fatally shooting Latosha Cooper, a Walmart manager and former coworker, outside her workplace on Wednesday.
Investigators reportedly believe Jean-Louis and Cooper had previously entered into a sham marriage intended to help him obtain permanent residency.
According to the report, federal immigration authorities denied the application in July. Cooper subsequently withdrew her petition and cut off contact with Jean-Louis.
Investigators allege Jean-Louis became angry and later obtained information about Cooper’s work schedule before shooting her in the head outside the store.
The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office has charged Jean-Louis with murder.
The immigration and alleged sham-marriage details were reported by Fox News based on unnamed DHS sources and have not been independently verified here.
Jean-Louis is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.

Per sources, 23-year-old Destino Jean-Louis flew into the US on 11/24/2023 via Fort Lauderdale International Airport, and his legal status was revoked on 6/12/2025 after President Trump terminated the program.
According to investigators, Jean-Louis had previously been married to the victim he killed as part of an immigration-related sham marriage arrangement that was designed to help get him get a green card in the US. But after DHS denied the application in July, the victim, Latosha Cooper, withdrew the petition and cut off contact with him, and Jean-Louis became angry.
