Rep. Stephanie Bice retweeted
Some of the finest officers I served alongside during my 11 years in the Navy were women.
Fifty years ago, America opened its military service academies to women. Today, I’m proud to support H.Res. 1512, introduced by my colleague Rep. Stephanie Bice, who serves on West Point’s Board of Visitors, commemorating this historic milestone and honoring the pioneering women of the Classes of 1980.
Their courage and determination opened doors for generations of women who have since answered America’s call to serve.
I’m grateful for their service and proud to honor their legacy. 🇺🇸

I was proud to sign @VP’s pledge to protect Americans from fraud. We must hold fraudsters accountable, protect taxpayer dollars, and make sure these benefits go to the Americans who need them most. @WHFraudTF
On this Mammogram Monday, remember that breast cancer can develop even without a family history. Early risk assessments and regular screenings are important steps toward early detection.
Today, @POTUS and @FLOTUS announced a new initiative to advance women’s health. The Executive Order establishes a White House Women’s Health Task Force and a new Women’s Health Division within the National Institutes of Health to accelerate medical discoveries and improve health outcomes for women and girls at every stage of life. The First Lady also introduced her Five Pillars of Women’s Health Innovation to help guide these efforts.

Nidal Hasan perpetrated a heinous crime against innocent service members serving this great nation. He must face the consequences of his actions but I support President Trump’s position to refrain from publicly broadcasting the execution.
The United States desperately needs permitting reform, and it’s time to get it across the finish line. Cutting red tape and getting energy projects moving will strengthen American energy dominance and production.
The American people deserve transparency and accountability from their elected officials. That’s why I introduced legislation to ensure Members of Congress are held accountable when they settle misconduct claims.
Happy 251st Birthday to the @USNavy! Since 1775, generations of American sailors have answered the call to serve and defend our great nation. Thank you to our sailors and service members for all they do to keep America safe.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. On this Mammogram Monday, take time to prioritize your health and encourage the women in your life to stay up to date on recommended screenings.
Expanding access to paid family leave has been a major priority of mine in Congress. The bipartisan More Paid Leave for More Americans Act is a commonsense, pro-family and pro-business solution. We must keep working to expand access and support working families.
The American people deserve to know their elected officials are working for them, not their own financial interests. It’s common sense, and that’s why I was proud to be an original cosponsor of the Stop Insider Trading Act.
Child savings accounts give the next generation a head start on achieving the American Dream. They will help children build a strong financial foundation for their future, whether that means buying their first home, starting a business or purchasing a car.
