Battenfeld | The incumbent Massachusetts governor was allowed by a weak moderator to dodge every question. The late, legendary Tim Russert would never have tolerated that. bostonherald.com/2026/10/10/…
Tell us how it works when 72% of voters demand an audit of the legislature and you don't honor it.
It seems like he's keenly aware of the problem.
Time to let the adults step in and fix the mess that one-party rule has made of housing, energy, education & transportation.
It’s really something to hear just how little Minogue knows about how government does and does not work. And facts—he’s just wrong on facts too. He has no business being in the corner office. The clear choice for Governor is @maura_healey. #VoteHealey #mapoli

It was a first look at the two candidates for governor of Massachusetts side-by-side. Now it’s your turn to tell us who you think won the debate: Gov. Maura Healey or rival Mike Minogue? Vote here in the Herald poll and check back to… bostonherald.com/2026/10/08/…

4 years ago at @RepGeoffDiehl last rally before election night. I had the honor of serving on his Parent Education Task Force as part of his campaign for governor.
Jacob was 6 years old. He insisted on coming. I watched him for hours networking & talking to everyone.
When @USSenScottBrown band took the stage guess who ended up with him?

You know what it's time for? The removal of "interim" from Chad Tracy's title.

We had the same question as the person who commented under his 2021 post about working for the agency.

Maura Healey is currently polling under water with a 39% approval rating. This situation highlights why the political establishment wants us to hate and blame each other. Instead of focusing on solutions, they remain in a constant campaign mode, neglecting critical issues such as:
- The need for natural gas pipelines- to lower energy costs
- The lack of support for auditing the legislature- to reduce waste and bring accountability
- Ignoring the Federal Scholarship Tax credit- to give parents choice and financial support for educating their children

MassGov race is giving 70s tv trope vibe—a lot of laughs can be squeezed out of the zany soldier who doesn’t realize the war ended long ago..

Raise your hand if you think Brian would have said, "The people have spoken!" If HE had gotten 70% ✋️
Looks like @ShortsleeveMA is having a hard time keeping his story straight.
A few weeks ago, grassroots Republicans and conservatives at the @massgop convention mattered. Now, after they rejected him, they don’t??!
What a phony.

Insulting the grassroots of our Party who attended the convention is a losing strategy for Brian Shortsleeve. It’s inappropriate.
"...saw on TV..."
There's the problem. Society takes its cues from what media ("social"?!) tells us is important - Mainly, a consumer (Amazon) culture.
In the 70/80's young adults explored, took road trips. We've become so insular, no one sees other options outside their bubble.

I served with @massauditor in the MA House - she knows how ruthlessly fraud is covered up on Beacon Hill.
Come listen to where the AUDIT (that 72% of us voted for) stands & what needs to be done to get it across the finish line!
