Internal evidence indicates ActBlue lawyer Zain Ahmad raised concerns about potential violations and statements made to Congress.
He shortly thereafter “went on leave” and was subsequently barred access to internal systems—a violation of the company’s leave and whistleblower retaliation policies.
Three Committee reports now point to serious failures in ActBlue’s safeguards against fraudulent and foreign contributions.
Any illegal contributions should be identified and returned, and those responsible should be held accountable.
American elections belong to American citizens, and ActBlue’s foreign money has no place in them.
