The Working Families Tax Cuts helped save the family farm.
My @HouseGOP colleagues and I increased the inheritance tax threshold to $15 million for individuals and $30 million for married couples.
This helps generational farms and businesses stay in the family rather than being forced to sell assets to cover inheritance tax.

I enjoyed touring Granbury High School’s CTE programs, including the culinary kitchen, automotive technology, aviation, and MCJROTC’s reigning champion rifle team.
Thank you to the school administrators and board members for the warm welcome and for investing in the next generation of Texans.
The Rural Texas Strong initiative will help expand access to health care in rural communities across our great state.
I’m proud to see the work we did through H.R. 1 making a difference for rural Texans. Thank you @POTUS!

I stopped by the Granbury Police Department to thank our brave officers for their service to the community.
My office and I brought by water and Gatorade as a small token of our appreciation.
We must always stand behind the men and women in blue and oppose efforts to defund or attack our law enforcement officers.
This week, I delivered Gatorades to the Granbury firefighters.
Thank you to the @CityofGranbury Volunteer Fire Department for all you do to keep us safe!
My prayers are with Rep. Keith Self and his family following this disturbing threat. I am grateful to the FBI and law enforcement for their work to stop this threat.
This is the reality elected officials are facing, and it is unacceptable.
We can disagree on policy, but political violence has no place in our country.
I am grateful to the FBI and law enforcement for stopping this threat. My family and I are safe, and I remain focused on serving the people of Texas’ 3rd District.
Preserving our constitutional republic from radical Islam means accepting the costs that come with it—name-calling, threats, and worse.
Our Founders believed this country was worth the sacrifice. I served 25 years in the military because defending freedom was worth the sacrifice. This only strengthens my resolve. I will not back down. wfaa.com/article/news/crime/…
I appreciated the opportunity to join the Eastland Chamber of Commerce for Coffee With the Congressman.
It was a pleasure to share an update on my work in Washington, D.C. and answer your questions.
Thank you to Chamber Director Julie Elrod for putting this event together!

The Trump Administration is putting fraudsters on NOTICE by rewarding Americans who expose fraud.
Chairman @RepRWilliams’ Put America on Commission Act builds on that same principle to root out waste and protect taxpayer dollars.
"WHIP will offer eligible tipsters up to $30,000 if their information leads to a successful fraud conviction or a significant federal enforcement action."

It was great to be at the Glen Rose Tigers vs. Hillsboro Eagles game and join in on the coin toss.

Foreign cyberattacks threaten America's small businesses, jobs, and innovation.
Main Street deserves the tools and resources to defend against foreign hackers and protect American ingenuity. 🇺🇸

It was an honor to perform the coin toss for @TarletonState’s game against Central Arkansas! I’m proud to see the Texans make history as the No. 1 team in the nation.
Congratulations to this outstanding team on this remarkable achievement. Go Texans!
It was a pleasure joining the Stephenville Chamber of Commerce for its State of Congress and Business Luncheon.
I appreciated the opportunity to answer questions and hear directly from community members. Thank you to the Chamber for hosting this great event.
The heartbreaking tragedy in Bend, Oregon, is a reminder of the importance of protecting our children and keeping our schools safe.
I introduced H.R. 6683, the Safer Schools Act, to help schools assess vulnerabilities and strengthen campus security.
School safety must remain a national priority, and we must continue working to protect our students.
I had the opportunity to join @SBADeputy_Bill for a conversation with the Texas Christian Chamber of Commerce about the opportunities available to small-business owners and the policies shaping their future.
Thank you to Jaide Flynn and Spark for hosting this important conversation.

The manufacturing sector expanded for the ninth consecutive month in September.
@HouseGOP is advancing pro-growth policies that encourage investment, strengthen American manufacturing, and make it easier to build right here at home. 🇺🇸
I am proud to take the VP’s pledge and join @POTUS and @VP Vance in the fight against fraud.
Americans deserve programs that serve those who follow the law, not those who exploit the system.

My prayers are with the victims, their families, and the entire Silver Rail Elementary School community following this heartbreaking tragedy in Bend, Oregon.
May God bring comfort and strength to all those affected. 🙏
Thank you, to the Glen Rose Chamber for inviting me to speak at yesterday’s luncheon.
We had a great discussion about the future of small businesses in the Great State of Texas, and the work I’m doing in Congress to fight for Main Street America.
As a member of @FinancialCmte and Chairman of @HouseSmallBiz, I welcome the OCC’s report on debanking practices and its work to ensure banking decisions are based on objective financial risk, not political bias.
Protecting access to capital is essential for Main Street America.
