Well done to our new trial swimmers yesterday. Hope to see you at training tomorrow 2.30-4pm. bring your completed forms back, a drink, a hat and lots of energy. Can't make Sunday? See you Monday 6.30-7.30
Normal training is back from tomorrow. Hope to see everyone there eager for 2.30 start. Dont forget - hats, drinks, kit bags! We've got Rachel and Liv coaching both Sunday and Monday this week
May is the start of exam month. Good luck to all our swimmers with SATS, GCSEs A levels and anything else coming up. Remember to revise, rest and swim if you can. Getting some pool training helps your brain retain all the learning and improves sleep.
Good luck to all our swimmers heading to Wrexham for the gala tomorrow.
For those not at the gala, training is on as usual from 2.30pm-4pm
Happy International Women's Day. Hope to see lots of you at training today with our amazing coaches Rachel and Olivia who were both previous swimmers now giving up their Sunday to coach you! #IWD2026
