Republicans’ Poet: How The Constitution Protects Your Religion in America’s Christian Nation “He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.” "He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them." "He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only." "He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, and also uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their Public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures." "He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people." "He has refused for a long time, after such Dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; "He has endeavored to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands." "He has obstructed the Administration of Justice by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers." "He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries." "He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance." "He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures." "He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power." "He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:" "For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:" "For protecting them, by a mock Trial from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:" "For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world" "For imposing taxes on us without our consent:" "For depriving us in many cases, of the benefit of Trial by Jury:" "For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offenses:" "For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighboring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:" "For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:" "For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever". "He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us." "He has plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people." "He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & Perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and unworthy the Head of a civilized nation." "He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands." undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes, and conditions." Iran had to be stopped. Iran still has to be stopped!
🚨 BREAKING: IRAN WAS MINUTES FROM LAUNCHING HELL ON EUROPE! 🚨 Sen. John Kennedy just dropped the BOMBSHELL classified intel that changes EVERYTHING: “Our intelligence showed Iran stacking ballistic missiles and killer drones like never before… They were about to turn to America and Israel and SNARL: ‘We’re restarting our nuclear weapons program — and if you try to stop us, we’ll OBLITERATE the Middle East… and oh yeah, our missiles now reach LONDON, PARIS, and GERMANY!’” Trump faced the nightmare decision: Let them arm up until they could rain fire on our allies and threaten the homeland… OR STRIKE FIRST AND SAVE THE WORLD? He chose to BOMB their nuclear sites and STOP THE MADNESS. This wasn’t politics. This was SURVIVAL. If Trump hadn’t acted, where would we be right now? 🔥 Drop your thoughts below — Did he save us or not? RT if you stand with strength over surrender! 🇺🇸💥 FOLLOW ME THE NEXT DROPS WILL BE SHOCKING

No exact official count exists for the current 548. A 2016 analysis of California’s larger death row (~750 inmates) found they had collectively murdered over 1,000 victims, including 226 children. The present group includes many of those same cases plus later convictions, so the combined total is likely several hundred to over 1,000.

Four days ago Tucker Carlson warned in a long post that Trump was preparing to drop nuclear bombs on Iran. His post laid out all the "details" of the plan. The post got almost 100 million views and 400k likes and was shared everywhere across social media and MSM. Carlson warned that November 7th (two days from now) was the day that Trump would be deciding to drop the bombs. He said that there was a good chance that Trump would start WWIII, which Tucker said would be "short and final" because it would be a nuclear holocaust. This is the first video that Carlson has put out since the midterms. It's almost two hours long. At no time during this video does Tucker mention the upcoming "nuclear holocaust" that he said may be coming in two days. Think about that. In this video Tucker did celebrate the end of Trump and Trumpism a bunch of times, but there was no mention of the possible upcoming nuclear holocaust that he just warned the world about in excruciating detail. I've never seen anything like this. I'm just blown away. Tucker and many others who supported Trump in 2024 have been doing this sort of incomprehensible sabotage since early 2025, way before the Iran War started. A month into Trump's second term there were big name podcasters already declaring his presidency a failure. I know a lot of them have always hated Trump but were forced to support him in 2024 because it would have killed their brands to support Kamala. She was just that bad. I also realize that it is way more profitable to attack the person in the White House than to support them. The more outlandish the attack, the more clicks. That being said, I still don't understand this psychotic, life-consuming obsession with undermining and destroying this administration. They would never do this to a Democrat president.
The Republican Party just imploded. Here’s why it happened and what happens next.

Newsom gave clemency to these monsters.
Dear Governor, Just over 12 years ago, Sacramento County Sheriff’s Deputy Danny Oliver and Placer County Sheriff’s Detective Michael Davis Jr. were brutally executed by Luis Bracamontes. Bracamontes was a convicted drug dealer in the midst of a crime spree with his girlfriend when he opened fire on Danny as he approached his vehicle. Bracamontes fled, carjacked several vehicles, shot a civilian before fatally shooting Detective Michael Davis Jr. with a rifle and seriously wounding Davis’ partner, Deputy Jeff Davis. I went to that crime scene and remember every detail vividly. I also remember watching Bracamontes laugh in court while their families, including Danny’s two young daughters, had to sit and watch. Bracamontes was convicted of murder by a jury of his peers, who then sentenced him to death. Deputy Danny Oliver and Detective Michael Davis Jr. should be alive today, enjoying long and healthy lives with their families. Instead, the man who murdered them has now escaped his sentence. Governor, I urge you to reconsider any proposal to commute the death sentences of all 548 people on death row, especially that of Luis Bracamontes. This isn’t just about the death penalty. It’s about accountability, honoring the decisions of juries, respecting the will of California voters, and standing with the families of victims who have already suffered unimaginable loss.

I have been waiting 24 years for my neighbor David Westerfield to be executed for the kidnapping and murder of my 7-year-old neighbor, Danielle van Dam. And now thanks to @GavinNewsom, it looks like it will never happen. I was 13 when he abducted her from her bedroom in the middle of the night in 2002. I would never equate what I experienced with what her family suffered, but Danielle's murder devastated our whole neighborhood, and me personally. I was a sensitive kid and it was a major contributor to my mental health decline in adolescence. In the 20 days between her disappearance and his arrest, I developed insomnia and spent those nights walking around the house checking the locks on the doors and windows. I followed the trial closely. As we learned the horrific details, I couldn't stop thinking about what she endured during the 3 days he had her. Her body was found dumped off the side of a road 25 days after she went missing. It was too decomposed to test for sexual assault, but we all knew that's why he took her. He was also convicted of possessing child sexual abuse material found on his computer. There was never any doubt about Westerfield's guilt. There was an abundance of forensic evidence, including her blood on his clothing and in his motorhome. In 2019, the California Supreme Court unanimously upheld his conviction and death sentence. Shortly afterward, Newsom imposed his moratorium. And now he does THIS. California voters rejected abolishing the death penalty in both 2012 and 2016, and even voted to expedite executions. All these years, I've held on to the hope that someone would eventually take office who respected the will of California voters and would allow these sentences to be carried out. It's especially insulting to hear Newsom go on about morality, as if he is morally superior to those of us whose lives were affected by these heinous crimes and who want to see the perpetrators brought to justice. I'm hoping the California Supreme Court can stop Westerfield's commutation.
BREAKING: California Gov. Gavin Newsom has commuted the death sentences of all 548 people on the state’s death row to life without parole, in the largest mass commutation in modern U.S. history.
