Set personal goals using measurable objectives & key results

Are you good at what you're passionate about? Deepen the level of your knowledge about your passions.

Focus on being T-shaped: broaden skill levels at a base level, but be really knowledgeable at one skill.

Where do you want to go? Remember plans change! Use a 5 year plan sparingly. Feeling uncomfortable can sometimes lead to growth 🌿

Look at where you are: what are you passionate about? what are you good at? what can you improve?

they all have their pros & cons, so take the time to understand what your needs are!

Some things to think about: big v. small company agency v. in-house managing role v. individual contributor
