My dad is the CEO of a small business.
Makes ~ $500k/yr.
But when he started at the company, he was making $12k/yr.

The merger would shut stores + layoffs reducing service levels further. Hopefully, these groups can get a footprint that doesn't suck. Albertsons in King County (Eastside) sucks. Kroger isn't much better.
