for four years, we’ve been brewing real brain cells on electrodes to understand how they compute. now, we’ve turned those discoveries into a video model anyone can use.
from 0.5¢ a second, mischief 1 is at least 5x faster than its base and the cheapest image-to-video model on @fal and @OpenRouter. soon to be on @awscloud marketplace.
it’s not a delusion anymore. biocompute is real, commercial and this is just the beginning.

Place neural assets with your phone and act out the scene. When you stop recording, Simulon renders the take, reading everything in it (what you do, what you say and the place around you), and your assets respond to all of it.
The final is regenerated from your recording: a new performance of the scene, not a copy of the footage.

From 31 Ugandan languages to 67 across the continent, now with speech.
Sunbird AI's first models set out to test if this worked with far less data than English or French. Outperforming ChatGPT & Gemini 2.5 Pro on translation for 24 languages became the foundation for Sunflower v2.

Today we released Sunflower v2, a suite of five open-source models for 67 African languages, up from the 31 Ugandan languages in our first release.
What's in the suite:
Translation, speech recognition in 51 languages, text-to-speech in 20, and a model that runs offline on a phone.
Every model, and the datasets behind them, is published on Hugging Face, free to use, adapt and build on.
"Sunflower v2 is a milestone for African languages. It proves that high-precision text and natural conversational voice are achievable right now, and by releasing it as open infrastructure, we're giving our communities the tools to drive innovation and social impact continent-wide."

I created an AI Smart Glass to help blind people walk without a cane or a guide 👓
But this is not like the smart glasses people are used to seeing
Because this Glass combines AI, sensors, and GPS to help the user detect things in front of them, avoid obstacles, and know their location
But the most amazing thing is if the user gets lost, the GPS tracking system can help locate where they are from anywhere, and then send the location to the phone of the person taking care of them via WhatsApp or Email 📲
And now I am further developing it to a new level of AI + Voice, so it can speak with the user and also help them understand their surroundings
