I am calling on @YvetteCooperMP to intervene before we lose another specialist route into LD Nursing. Without urgent action, we risk undermining a profession that is essential to delivering the NHS 10 Year Health Plan.
This is a moment for leadership, not silence.
Today, we remember, not just the lives lost, but the trauma healthcare workers still carry. The relentless shifts, the impossible choices, the grief we had no time to process.

Except tens of 1000s of staff working for the NHS under the same AfC contracts, but whose contracts have been outsourced...
As HSJ revealed last week - the Govt is refusing to fund the one-off payments for these staff (worth an avg of about £2k)
